Quality Assurance

It is the commitment and objectives of PT. Badjatama Abadi Lestari  ( the Company ) to provide a quality product and services to its customers, which meet the contractural requirements and expectations of their orders.

Performance, reliability and health & safety are of prime importance and, where applicable, in accordance with national and international standards.

The Company seeks to continually improve all aspects of the business by considering any difficulties reported and taking immediate positive action to minimize or remove the causes. In additional it takes a proactive approach to detecting potential problems and trends.

Our people shall treat the client with respect and never make promises that cannot be kept. Customers requirements shall be fully understood and communicated troughout  the relevant departments to ensure that the client's expectations and needs are met.
